WHERE IS RAGLEY HALL?

Ragley Hall is located 2 miles South West of Alcester.  Just off the A435/A46. 8 miles from Stratford -upon - Avon. The address is Ragley Hall, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5NJ. Entrances will be AA signed.

WHICH GATES DO WE USE ON THE NIGHT?

Please follow the AA yellow directional signs which will direct you to the most appropriate entry gate.

MY TICKETS HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?

Your tickets will be sent from classicibiza@revival-productions.co.uk, please do check your junk folder. If you still cannot find your tickets, please email info@revival-productions.co.uk.  

DOES IT MATTER THAT THE TICKETS ARE NOT IN MY NAME?

No, all tickets are generated in the name of the lead booker and each ticket has a unique barcode, which is scanned on entry to the concert. The lead booker receives the tickets by email, along with any event updates, which should be shared with the rest of the party.

CAN I SHOW A DIGITAL TICKET RATHER THAN PRINTING IT OUT?

Yes, tickets are scanned on entry and can either be shown as a PDF from your email or as a printed ticket. We recommend that you download your digital ticket before you arrive, as mobile signal is limited at Ragley Hall.

DO YOU PROVIDE SEATING?

Seating is not provided so do bring garden chairs and rugs.

ARE THERE FACILITIES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Parking for the disabled will be close to the concert arena, a valid blue badge must be displayed. Disabled toilets are provided on the concert site. Please visit the Information Point for access to dedicated units.

WHAT ARE THE PROHIBITED ITEMS?

Neat spirits, naked flames, pets, private barbecues and Chinese lanterns.

HOW MUCH ALCOHOL CAN WE BRING?

Each person can bring a maximum of either:

  • 75cl of wine (a standard bottle of wine)
  • Four cans of beer or cider
  • Four cans of pre-mixed spirits

Wine boxes will be permitted if allocated across your party to the limits above. Neat spirits will not be permitted. All bags will be searched and excess quantities of alcohol will be confiscated.

IS GLASS PERMITTED?

You are allowed to bring glass onto the concert site, but this will not be permitted in the Dance Area.

ARE THERE ANY CASH POINTS AT RAGLEY?

No. All retail and catering outlets will take card, however Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable, therefore we suggest you bring sufficient cash.

IS THERE CAMPING ONSITE?

There is no camping onsite at Ragley.

CAN WE BRING A GAZEBO?

Yes. A limited number of gazebo tickets can be purchased online at £25.00 each and can only be used in conjunction with a valid entry ticket.  Gazebos are not supplied. Gazebo pitches are 3m x 3m and are situated along the perimeter of the concert site.

WILL PHOTOGRAPHY BE ALLOWED?

The taking of photographs for personal use is fine but there are restrictions on ‘professional' cameras being used. There is no objection to pocket digital cameras and mobile phone cameras. High-end 35mm cameras, usually with detachable lenses, would normally qualify as ‘professional' type equipment, and these will not be permitted.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

The concert will go ahead come rain or shine. A cancellation would only be considered if weather warnings are issued by the MET office and there is a risk to life. This decision would be made after consultations with the management team, safety advisors and the MET office.  

HOW WILL WE KNOW IF THE CONCERT HAS BEEN CANCELLED?

We will email the original ticket purchaser and it will be announced on our website and social media channels.

WILL RAGLEY HALL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON THE DAY?

No, Ragley Hall will not be open to the public on the day of the event.

CAN I SMOKE/VAPE AT THE CONCERT?

As the event is completely open air, there are no legal restrictions on smoking/vaping, with the exception of marquee structures such as the Concert Shop. However, we would encourage you to consider your fellow picnickers before lighting up, and dispose of cigarette ends with care. Please note that in the event of very dry conditions onsite, there would be a designated smoking area due to the risk of fire.

CAN I ASK FOR A SHOUT-OUT?

Yes, you can. Please email into info@revival-productions.co.uk with your photo which includes the shout-out message ready to show on the screen by 4pm on the Thursday before the concert. No shout outs will be allowed on the concert day.

I CANNOT NOW ATTEND THE EVENT. CAN I GET A REFUND?

As per our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds. You can sell tickets on our official resale partner website, Twickets.
