ENTRY TICKETS
- Adults: £49.50
- Teens (13-17): £35
- Children (aged 5-12): £25
- Under 5s go free*
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder, with a ratio of at least 1 adult to 3 teens/children.
*You will need to book a free ticket at checkout.
Tickets will be available to purchase until 2pm on the day of the event. After this, will be available to purchase on the gate. This is with the exception of sold-out concerts.
PAYMENT PLANS
- For 2025, you have the option to spread the cost of your booking over 2 or 3 months - simply select 'payment plan' at checkout.
- On booking, you will pay your deposit instalment of either half or a third, depending on which plan you select, plus the 6% booking fee. Your second payment will be taken on the same date the following month and if you have selected the ‘3 Instalments’ plan, your third payment will be taken on the same date on the third consecutive month.
- Tickets will not be sent until payment has been received in full.
- Failure to keep up with payments will result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refund.
CARER TICKETS
We offer half price carer tickets at £25. To book carer tickets, purchase standard tickets on our website (not including the carer), then you must email our box office with one of the following forms of supporting documentation, along with your contact details:
- PIP (Personal independence payment)
- DLA – care and/or mobility
- Letter from a medical professional
- D/deaf or blind registration
- The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
A member of the team will call you within two working days to take payment and process your carer ticket.
ON THE NIGHT (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

- Teens (13-17): £40
- Children (aged 5-12): £30
- Under 5s: free
