Revival Productions reserves the right to modify the programme without notice.
The concert will be photographed and filmed and the photographs and footage may be used in publicity materials. If you do not wish for your image to be used in future publicity materials, please make Event Control aware of this when at the concert.
Search dogs and bag checks will be in operation at the ticket checkpoints. Revival Productions Ltd operate a zero tolerance drugs policy.
Onsite Box Office and last entry into the concert ground will close at 9pm.
The concert will contain lasers and flashing lights.
This is an open air concert so please come prepared for the weather that is forecast for the evening.
Seating is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own tables, chairs and picnic rugs.
The concert ground is an open space and you can choose where to sit. There will be a designated dance area in front of the stage, no food or drink will be allowed in this area.
Food and drink may be brought into the concert or purchased onsite from the catering village and bar.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, however restrictions will apply. As a guide we recommend 1 bottle of wine or 4 cans per person. Neat spirits will not be permitted. Please drink responsibly.
Smoking is allowed onsite, restrictions may apply due extreme weather conditions. Please check the website prior to arrival.
Tents, shelters and any other item that can limit the view of others are not permitted onsite and will be stopped on entry.
Pets, garden flares, private barbecues and Chinese lanterns are not permitted onsite and will be stopped on entry.
Parking will be available onsite free of charge and coaches can park up and wait for the concert to finish. Please make the Box Office aware of this before arriving onsite.
Booking & Tickets
Tyg Tickets are the appointed ticket sale website and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check and read their terms and conditions before purchase.
Twickets is the appointed re-sale website where you can buy and sell tickets.
Only tickets purchased through the Box Office or approved websites are valid for entry.
Tickets sold via unauthorised sites will not be valid for entry.
Entrance will only be permitted when a valid ticket is shown. Under 5s will enter for free and do not need a valid ticket.
Children aged between 5 -16 will need to purchase a child ticket and 17 years and above will need to purchase an adult ticket.
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Over the phone bookings via the Box Office line will incur a £2.00 booking fee per ticket. No online booking fees apply.
Tickets will be received via email upon completion of purchase. Purchased tickets will show on a credit card statement as ‘Attractions and Events Tickets’.
Tickets can be purchased online up until midnight on the Friday prior to each concert. This will not apply to sell out concerts, please check the website and social media channels for updates.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their tickets and booking confirmation and inform Revival Productions or Tyg Tickets (ticket provider) of any errors that need to be amended.
Revival Productions operates a no refund policy on all purchased tickets to the Classic Ibiza concerts.
Revival Productions Ltd have cancellation insurance for their concerts. In the unlikely event of the concerts being cancelled refunds will be offered for all tickets purchased.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for money but can be transferred over to another concert date if a customer can no longer attend the concert they originally purchased for. Please note that additional charges may apply.
